(депозит; вклад; взнос) 1. Часть цены товара, уплачиваемая покупателем, чтобы зарезервировать этот товар за собой. В зависимости от условий договора этот взнос может быть возвращен или не возвращен, если покупка не состоится. 2. Сумма денег, внесенная на счет в организации, например в банке, с целью ее сохранения или получения процентов, или сумма денег, передаваемая брокеру, дилеру и т.д. в качестве обеспечения покрытия каких-либо возможных коммерческих убытков. 3. Сумма денег, уплачиваемая в качестве первого взноса при договоре о покупке в рассрочку (hire-purchase agreement). Обычно уплачивается в момент получения покупателем права распоряжаться товарами. -
