1) При глаголе suggest - предложить дополнение ("что предложить") может быть выражено придаточным дополнительным (that - clause), а также герундиальным оборотом (ing- clause): She suggested that we take her car/She suggested taking her car/She suggested our taking her car — Она предложила (нам) взять ее машину. В отличие от русского глагола предложить, английский глагол suggest не присоединяет к себе в качестве дополнения инфинитивный оборот (Infinitive clause): нельзя сказать * She suggested to take her car/She suggested us to take her car. Глагол в придаточном дополнительном при глаголе suggest может употреблятьсяShe suggests that we take her car — Она предложила, чтобы мы взяли ее машину
