Или Индекс потребительского оптимизма, Индекс потребительской уверенности — показатель, отражающий совокупные потребительские ожидания населения. Рассчитывается на основе опросов семей (домашних хозяйств) об их потребительских планах, надеждах или сомнениях на будущее. Вычисляется в процентах количества положительных (или отрицательных) ответов к общему количеству ответов. Давнюю традицию и опыт такой работы имеют США, где индекс вычисляется с 1923 года и эффективно используется для прогнозирования тенденций в области занятости и общего состояния экономики, как опережающий индикатор делового цикла. В России исследования такого характера проводятся Росстатом а также некоторыми частными организациями. Среди них, например международная компания «Nielsen- Россия», ведущая наблюдения за динамикой розничной торговли, опросы потребителей и публикующая данные об индексе потребительского доверия россиян в СМИ, в частности, через агентство ИТАР-ТАСС. Повышение (понижение) уровня индекса потребительской уверенности обеспечивается положительной (или отрицательной) динамикой его компонентов. Рассматриваются ожидания респондентов на краткосрочную перспективу, на год, а также оценка происшедших изменений в экономической ситуации, ожидаемых и происшедших изменений в личном материальном положении респондентов. В рамках обследования также определяются Индексы благоприятности условий для крупных покупок и для сбережений, анализируются ответы респондентов разных возрастов. Индекс предпринимательской уверенности ( Entrepreneur Confidence Index, ECI) - показатель, позволяющий по ответам руководителей предприятий (организаций) о прогнозе выпуска продукции, остатках и спросе на нее охарактеризовать экономическую деятельность организаций и дать упреждающую информацию об изменениях экономических переменных. Показатель представляет собой среднее арифметическое «балансов» ответов на вопросы об ожидаемом выпуске продукции, фактическом спросе и текущих остатках готовой продукции (последний с противоположным знаком). Например, «баланс» по ожидаемому выпуску продукции определяется разностью долей респондентов, предполагающих «увеличение» и «уменьшение» выпуска продукции в перспективе. «Баланс» по спросу и остаткам готовой продукции определяется разностью долей респондентов, отметивших уровень «выше нормального» и «ниже нормального». В России в ежемесячных опросах деловой активности, проводимых Росстатом, участвуют более 4 тыс. организаций (без малых предприятий) с видами деятельности «Добыча полезных ископаемых», «Обрабатывающие производства», «Производство и распределение электроэнергии, газа и воды». (ITIL Service Transition)
Any component or other service asset that needs to be managed in order to deliver an IT service. Information about each configuration item is recorded in a configuration record within the configuration management system and is maintained throughout its lifecycle by service asset and configuration management. Configuration items are under the control of change management. They typically include IT services, hardware, software, buildings, people and formal documentation such as process documentation and service level agreements.

1. Разработанная компанией Microsoft объектная архитектурная модель. Первоначальный ее вариант был реализован в рамках технологии OLE версии 1 и не имел такого универсального характера, который эта модель приобрела позднее - в версии OLE2. Модель COM предназначена для обеспечения интероперабельности и повторного использования компонентов-объектов на платформе Windows. Тем самым разработчики имеют возможность конструировать объекты из компонентов, созданных на различных языках программирования и взаимодействующих через COM. Однако важное ограничение состоит в том, что двоичный код взаимодействующих систем должен иметь формат, определенный Microsoft. Архитектура COM построена по принципу "клиент-сервер". Объекты-клиенты могут обращаться за услугами к COM-объектам, т.е. к объектам, удовлетворяющим требованиям COM. Услуги, удовлетворяемые COM-объектом, реализованы методами этого объекта и определяются его интерфейсами. COM-объект может обладать несколькими интерфейсами, каждый из которых определяет некоторую группу его методов. Для описания интерфейсов в COM используется язык определения интерфейсов - Microsoft Interface Definition Language (Microsoft IDL), представляющий собой расширение DCE IDL. Доступ клиента к услугам COM-объекта осуществляется через посредство сервера. При этом предусматривается несколько способов взаимодействия клиента и сервера - исполнение их в одном и том же процессе, исполнение в разных процессах, но на одном компьютере, исполнение сервера на удаленном компьютере. Среда COM имеет интерфейс прикладного программирования (API). Благодаря этому приложения могут взаимодействовать с ней. В настоящее время разработаны и реализованы спецификации распределенной среды COM, названной Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).
