3.3 жалоба (complaint): Направленное в организацию (3.6) выражение неудовлетворенности ее продукцией или самим процессом обращения с жалобами, в явной или неявной форме предполагающее ответ или резолюцию.

5.26 жалоба (complaint): Неудовлетворение, не являющееся апелляцией (5.25), выраженное любым лицом или организацией в отношении органа по валидации или верификации (5.6)или органа по аккредитации (5.10) по поводу деятельности этого органа в случае, когда предполагается получение ответа в письменном виде.
