(замена) Право немедленно получить определенную сумму денег наличными вместо ежегодного получения в течение определенного периода в будущем более мелких сумм. Обычно замена ассоциируется с пенсиями, когда владельцы некоторых полисов страхования жизни могут после выхода на пенсию сразу же взять сумму денег из пенсионного фонда и таким образом уменьшить свою годовую пенсию. -
