This material is natural and since it is made from natural raw materials you may see slight color and structural differences are possible between the production batches and samples. The floor is extremely durable, easy to clean and maintains a warm natural look and feel. Lives of these floors may exceed 40+ years depending on the quality of the installation. I have Marmoleum brand linoleum flooring in my home's recreation room and mud rooms, and could not be happier with its performance.
