Such an interposed passage is called a "codetta". (Ouseley, 1869) — Иногда к теме добавляются несколько нот, не являющихся её существенной частью, для того, чтобы плавно перейти к теме-ответу. Такой вставной фрагмент и называется "кодеттой".
