Во время Игр ФНД «Управление объектами» осуществляет общее руководство всеми объектами, обеспечивает функционирование каждого объекта и его обслуживание в соответствии с мировыми требованиями, а также отвечает за поддержку всех аспектов организации мероприятий, при этом уделяя особое внимание обслуживанию клиентов, безопасности и функциональной эффективности. Функция «Управление объектами» координирует все функции, задействованные в эксплуатации объекта во время проведения Игр, и выступает в роли конечной инстанции на объекте в случае конфликта между функциями или в случае неожиданных событий, оказывающих влияние на установленные планы.
