В тех случаях, когда правонарушение (условий лицензии или нормативных актов) наносит ущерб общественным интересам, ФКС направляет вещателю приказ о прекращении нарушения, неисполнение которого позволяет Комиссии ставить вопрос об отзыве лицензии.
