(капитал) 1. Общая стоимость активов какого-либо лица за вычетом его обязательств. 2. Выраженные в деньгах доли участия в активах организации за вычетом обязательств участников. 3. Деньги, вложенные их владельцами в организацию, чтобы она начала действовать; таким образом, акционерный капитал ( share capital)-это деньги, полученные в результате продажи акций, а заемный капитал (loan capital)-это деньги, полученные в результате займов. Тем не менее капитал владельцев компании состоит не только из акционерного и заемного капитала, но также включает нераспределенную прибыль, накапливаемую в интересах владельцев обыкновенных акций.
