Окончательная цена предмета земельного аукциона. Начальная цена, в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации об оценочной деятельности и Земельным кодексом РФ, определяется продавцом земельного участка. Далее, в соответствии с «шагом аукциона» в пределах от одного процента до пяти процентов начальной цены предмета аукциона цена увеличивается, вплоть до принятия окончательной цены.
