ASPIRATION, AMBITIONAspiration и ambition 'стремление к чему-л.' могут употребляться в сочетании с инфинитивом: aspiration (ambition) to become a writer или с предложным дополнением с предлогом for: aspiration for knowledge, ambition for advancement fame, honour. Aspiration может также употребляться с предлогом after: aspiration after knowledge.
