A UEFA expert panel composed of specialists in refereeing or referee education and organisation whose duty is to support the UEFA Referees Committee in its work and, more specifically, to examine applications from UEFA member associations wishing to become members of the Referee Convention, to assess the members of the Referee Convention with regard to new modules, to regularly monitor the applicable quality standards for existing modules within the UEFA member associations, to draw up assessment and monitoring reports, to report regularly to the UEFA Referees Committee, and to submit proposals for necessary amendments to the Implementing Regulations of the Referee Convention.

A distribution switchboard is the point at which an incoming-power supply divides into separate circuits, each of which is controlled and protected by the fuses or switchgear of the switchboard.
