(ἀνταποχή), die Gegenquittung, ein schriftliches Bekenntnis des Schuldners über empfangene Quittung, bei Zahlung jährlicher Zinsen, als Beweismittel für den Gläubiger gegen die Verjährung der Kapitalforderung, Cod. Iust. 4, 21, 19.
