single-chain Fv, scFv[англ. f(ragment) of v(ariable region) — фрагмент вариабельной области]объединенные в одну полипептидную цепь с помощью короткого полипептидного линкера (см. линкер (3)) VH- и VL-участки полипептидных цепей иммуноглобулинов (см. иммуноглобулины). Эти фрагменты моновалентны и обладают низкой аффинностью (см. аффинность антител); их искусственные мультимеры обладают двумя (см. димерные антитела), тремя (triabody) и четырьмя (tetrabody) антигенсвязывающими сайтами.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
