1 ПДРФ-метод
[греч. methodos — способ познания]метод, основанный на полиморфизме длин рестрикционных фрагментов (см. полиморфизм длин реструкционных фрагментов) ДНК, который используется для идентификации и клонирования генов, а также для построения генетических карт. Суть метода заключается в том, что ДНК обрабатывается ферментами рестрикции (рестриктазами) и после разделения фрагментов с помощью электрофореза гибридизуется с определенными мечеными молекулярными маркерами (зондами) по методу блот-гибридизации (см.
