Jones.† Noter la prononciation (GB): [leftenant], (US): [lootenant].‡ Le nom varie selon le régiment.§ Les abréviations RN et USN ne sont utilisées que par écrit.|| L’abréviation USAF n’est utilisée que par écrit.
