    Закон Вальраса говорит, что потребитель полностью тратит свое богатство. Интуитивно это предположение является обоснованным в случае существования некоторого, несомненно, желательного товара. Закон Вальраса необходимо понимать в широком смысле: бюджет потребителя может быть межвременным, учитывающим сбережения сегодня, которые будут использоваться для покупок завтра. Закон Вальраса говорит, что потребитель полностью тратит свои денежные средства на протяжении своей жизни. — Walras' law says that the consumer fully expends his wealth. Intuitively, this is a reasonable assumption to make as long as there is some good that is clearly desirable. Walras' law should be understood broadly: the consumer's budget may be an intertemporal one allowing for savings today to be used for purchases tomorrow. What Walras' law says is that the consumer fully expends his resources over his lifetime.
