(σ anal.) `marriage' (Cret.); from the presentstem ὀπυι-ηταί pl. `spouses' (Herod.). ὀπυ-όλαι γεγαμηκότες H.; ὀπυασθώμεθα aor. subj. pass. ( Lyr. Alex. Adesp. 1, 52) as from *ὀπυάζομαι.
