ἀντιάω, Hom. uses [tense] pres. only in the [dialect] Ep. forms ἀντιόω, inf. ἀντιάαν, [ per.] 3pl. imper. ἀντιοώντων, part. ἀντιόων, όωσα, o/wntes; but ἀντιόω, which is [tense] pres. in Il.1.31, 23.643, serves as [tense] fut. in 13.752: [tense] fut. ἀντιάσω [ᾰ] Od.22.28, Thgn.(v.infr.): [tense] aor.Aἠντίᾰσα Hom.
(these two tenses in form belong to ἀντιάζω; but such instances as belong in sense to ἀντιάω are given here):—[voice] Med., oncein Hom.
