    1 Seizing, grasping, laying hold of, seizure, रुरुधुः कचग्रहैः R.19.31.
    -2 A grip, grasp, hold; विक्रम्य कौशिकं खड्गं मोक्षयित्वा ग्रहं रिपोः Mb.3.157.11; कर्कटक- ग्रहात् Pt.1.26.
    -3 Taking, receiving, accepting; re- ceipt.
