מוֹהַרְקֵיm. pl. (used as sing., sub. שטר) ( הרק, v. חֲרִיקָא) surety, esp. for royal taxes (כַּרְגָּא). Yeb.46a; B. Mets.73b מוֹהַרְקַיְיהוּ דהניוכ׳ (Ms. M. מוהד׳) the surety for these people lies in the archive of the king, and the king has ordained that he who pays no charga can be made the servant of him who pays (for him).Erub.62a בריאה במ׳ ואבורגני (Rabad פרהגבני, v.
