    פִּיגּוּל, פִּגּוּלm. (b. h.; פָּגַל) (abomination, unfitness, a sacrifice rejectable in consequence of an improper intention in the mind of the officiating priest. Zeb.28a פ׳ זהו חוץ למקומו piggul (Lev. 7:18; 19:7) refers to the intended disposal beyond the legal limits of space (for eating the sacrifice).
