דְּיָקִינְתִּין, דְּיָיקִ׳,m. pl. (ὑάκινθος; די for הי or יי to avoid the use of letters of the Tetragrammaton; Ar. reads ייקינטין) hyacinth, a precious stone. Ex. R. s. 38, end לוי ד׳ (not דייקני׳) Levi was represented on the Highpriests breast-plate by a hyacinth (h. ברקת).
