חכורי

(חֲכוּרוּת) חֲכִירוּת f. v. (חָכִיר) 1) tenancy, tenure on rent in kind. Bicc. I, 11 בעלי אריסות וח׳ landlords of properties held in tenure, on shares, or on fixed rent; or tenants on: expl. Y. ib. 64b either חכירי בתי אבות (v. חָכִיר), or בעלי אריסיות וחֲכִירִיּוֹת (not וחכורות). 2) stipulated rent. Tosef.B. Mets. IX, 24 ח׳ של שתי שנים Var. (ed.
