כָּנָף(mostly) m. (b. h.; preced. wds.; cmp. גַּף II) ( bend, 1) wing, wing-feather. Kel. XVII, 14 כְּנַף העוז things made of feathers of the sea-eagle; a. e.Du. כְּנָפַיִם, pl. כְּנָפִים, כַּנְפוֹת. Ib. Toh. I, 2. Ḥull.III, 4 נמרטו כנָפֶיהָ if the wing-feathers are plucked out, v. נוֹצָה.
