בלישה

גְּבַלch. 1) same. Y.Sabb.VII, 10b bot. ההן דִּגְבַל כ׳ (or דִּגַבַּל) he who kneads lime dust. Gitt.69a ונִיגְבּוֹל בדובשא let him knead it with honey. Ib. וניגדול … וניגבול בהדין קיטמא Ar. (Var. v. גַּרְבֵּל; ed. וניגדבל) let him twist … and mix (the wick) thoroughly with ashes. Gen. R. s. 34, end גַּבְלִין ליהוכ׳, v. אֲדַמְדְּמָנֵי. 2) (of parasite worms) to grow.
