Организация фирмы
Организационная структура компании или государственного учреждения. Внутренняя организация компании обычно подразумевает распределение управленческих функций на несколько уровней: наверху пирамиды находится директор, далее идут управляющие высшего, среднего и низшего звена, а внизу иерархической лестницы располагаются оперативные работники, торговые специалисты, конторские служащие и т.д. Распоряжения при такой организации отдаются сверху вниз, а информация распространяется снизу вверх. Традиционная теория фирмы не учитывает тонкостей организационной структуры: фирма рассматривается как субъект экономической деятельности, который лишь выполняет распоряжения собственника фирмы. На практике организационная структура крупных компаний настолько сложна, что она сама влияет на процесс принятия решений и определение целей. См.
