    логарифмический уровень колебаний
    уровень колебаний

    Характеристика колебаний, сравнивающая две одноименные физические величины, пропорциональная десятичному логарифму отношения оцениваемого и исходного значений величины.
    Примечания
    1. Для энергетических величин (энергии, мощности и т.п.) уровень, измеряемый в белах 3655, измеряемый в децибелах 3656,
    где а0 - оцениваемое значение энергии (мощности и т.п.),
    b0 - исходное значение энергии (мощности и т.п.).
    Для скорости, ускорения, силы и т.п. уровень, измеряемый в белах 3657, измеряемый в децибелах 3658,
    где b - оцениваемое значение скорости (ускорения и т.п.);
    b0 - исходное значение скорости (ускорения и т.п.).
    2. Принятые при вычислении исходные значения а0, b0 должны быть указаны в каждом конкретном случае.
    Пояснения
    Некоторые величины и зависимости, характеризующие вибрацию, могут относиться к перемещению, скорости, ускорению, силе и другим колеблющимся величинам. Если возможны различные толкования, следует дать соответствующее уточнение, например «размах виброперемещения», «амплитуда силы», «амплитудно-частотная характеристика виброускорения».

    «Нулевую» отметку, принимаемую, как правило, для поверхности какого-либо элемента конструкций здания или сооружения, расположенного вблизи планировочной поверхности земли, указывают без знака; отметки выше нулевой - со знаком «+»; ниже нулевой - со знаком «-».
