Candidate cities are required to provide details regarding their accommodation plan for spectators during the Games. Such a plan does not obligate the OCOG to provide rooms for spectators in the same manner as for other client groups. However, it does require that a Host City has sufficient rooms available, at reasonable prices and reasonable distances from competition venues.
