[лат. turbid(us) — мутный и греч. stat(ikos) — останавливающий]установка для непрерывного гомогенного культивирования микроорганизмов и культур клеток (см. клеточная культура), в которой плотность биомассы поддерживается на определенном уровне с помощью нефелометрирующего устройства, регулирующего скорость подачи свежей среды и постепенного удаления избытка биомассы.
