1. Переуступка кому-либо права на приобретение акций при льготном выпуске их для уже существующих акционеров. Лицо, которое на основании уведомления о распределении ценных бумаг (allotment) имеет право приобрести акции, заполняет бланк отказа (renunciation form) от права приобретения, прилагаемый, как правило, к уведомлению о распределении. На этом бланке указывается лицо, в пользу которого переуступаются права приобретения акций.
2. Отказ от пая в паевом трасте посредством заполнения бланка отказа на обороте сертификата паевого участия в паевом трасте и отсылки его в адрес руководства траста.
