«правило здравомыслящего человека» (букв.)основное правило, которым руководствуется инвестор или его советник при оценке возможности инвестирования. В некоторых штатах США законодательно оговорена возможность инвестиций в ценные бумаги, которые бы сделал «человек, находящийся в здравом уме и трезвой памяти», стремящийся получить разумный доход и сохранить капитал. В других штатах требуется, чтобы доверенные лица инвесторов вкладывали средства только в те ценные бумаги, которые определены этим штатом (см. fiduciary, legal list) -
