марк. 4P marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion)
( термин "маркетинг-микс" был впервые представлен в 1953 г. Нилом Борденом в президентском обращении к Американской маркетинговой ассоциации. Борден использовал работы Джеймса Каллитона, в которых специалист по маркетингу был описан как человек, комбинирующий в своей работе различные элементы. Соответственно под термином "маркетинг-микс" ("комплекс маркетинга") понималось определенное сочетание этих элементов. Предполагалось, что разнообразное сочетание элементов может приводить к различным результатам деятельности на рынке.
В 1960 г. Маккарти предложил классификацию, названную "4Р" и объединяющую четыре элемента (product, place, price, promotion). Таким образом, концепция маркетинга-микс по Маккарти определялась набором основных маркетинговых инструментов, включаемых в программу маркетинга: товарная политика (product), сбытовая политика (place), ценовая политика (price), коммуникационная политика или политика продвижения (promotion).
