Candanus, así se llama a las ramas de los árboles resecas, bien se encuentren en el árbol o por todo lo contrario el aire y las inclemencias del tiempo las hicieron caer. Los candanus son muy buenos para preparar con rapidez un buen fuego, por esto en mis aldeas cuando llegaba el mal tiempo siempre había candanus trés el fuéu que daben bon callor ya nun allumbraben cuaxi nagua de fumu.
