Орган, учрежденный в Великобритании на основе Закона о финансовых услугах 1986 г. для регулирования деятельности компаний на рынке финансовых инструментов и инвестиций. В стране было создано пять таких организаций: 1. TSA, The Securities Association. Ассоциация ценных бумаг. Организация регулировала деятельность компаний, занимающихся куплей-продажей корпоративных и государственных ценных бумаг.
