    Cultural note: COURT In Inghilterra, Galles e Irlanda del Nord i processi penali per i reati più gravi si svolgono nella "Crown Court", davanti a un giudice e a una giuria popolare formata da 12 giurati. I reati minori sono invece di competenza delle "magistrates' courts", di fronte a un magistrato ma senza giuria.
