Конкурентная стратегия
Один из аспектов коммерческой деятельности компании, направленной на достижение успеха в конкурентной борьбе за потребителя. Прежде всего необходимо, чтобы компания произвела оценку своих резервов и возможностей, для того чтобы выявить сильные и слабые стороны своей деятельности. Необходимо также оценить конъюнктуру рынка. Затем компания должна решить, конкурировать ли ей по цене или выбрать стратегию дифференциации продукции. Низкие издержки производства позволят ей стать ценовым лидером (см. Price leader) и смогут обеспечить высокий уровень прибыли. Следуя стратегии дифференциации продукции, компания сможет создать «свое лицо», т.е. предлагать на рынке такую продукцию, которая отличается от аналогичной продукции других производителей.
