нестандартная перестраховка
Форма перестраховки (reinsurance), когда сроки, условия и взносы по перестраховке оговариваются между страховщиком и перестраховщиком в индивидуальном порядке. Перестраховщик не обязан принимать риск, а страховщик - перестраховывать его, если это не считается обязательным. Основное отличие между факультативной перестраховкой и совместным страхованием (coinsurance) заключается в том, что держатель полиса совершенно не знает о договоре о перестраховке. При совместном страховании его участники и соотношения их страховых рисков указаны в схеме уплаты страховых премий. Кроме того, участвующие в совместном страховании выплачивают страхователю каждый свою долю страхового взноса, в то время как перестраховщики получают совершенно отдельную страховую премию по перестраховке.
