семейство внутриклеточных белков (α-К., β-К., p120-К. и др.), участвующих в адгезии (см. адгезия) клеток, которые обеспечивают непосредственную физическую связь с актиновым цитоскелетом, взаимодействуют с сигнальными молекулами, регулирующими актиновый цитоскелет, и непосредственно контролируют адгезивное состояние внеклеточного связывающего домена адгезивных белков кадгеринов (см. кадгерины). Мутации в генах, кодирующих К., рассматривают как условие перехода опухолей к инвазивному фенотипу. Термин "К." предложен Р. Кемлером с соавт. в 1989 г.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
