сокр. SСRсделка репо с использованием приобретаемых ценных бумаг в качестве обеспеченияGB C&S механизм, используемый в системе CREST при осуществлении расчетов ППП в фунтах стерлингов с использованием денежных средств в Центральном банке (см. settlement in central bank money), который позволяет расчетным банкам получать от Центрального банка дополнительные средства, необходимые для проведения расчетов, с использованием приобретаемых ценных бумаг в качестве обеспечения (обычно для этого используются правительственные облигации Великобритании (gilts). При проведении подобных сделок РЕПО происходит автоматическая продажа ценных бумаг, приобретенных участником, через расчетный банк Банку Англии.
