1 Sleeve
That part of a garment which covers the arm. The length, width and shape vary considerably according to fashion. Many sleeves in the Middle Ages did not form a portion of the dress, but were separate articles and worn with a different garment according to fancy. They were of many forms and sizes, large and hanging very loose, trailing and other styles. -
