תָּמַהּ, תָּמֵהַּ(b. h.; cmp. שָׁמַם) (to stand still,) to be astonished, amazed; to wonder; to be undecided. Pesik. R. addit, s. 1 והבריות תֹּומְהִים לומרוכ׳ and men wondered, saying, is such a thing possible?
