Højtforrentet obligation. Udtrykket bruges oftest om junk bonds. Det dækker over obligationer med en rating under investment grade, udstedt af højtgearede selskaber. Det kan f.eks. være i forbindelse med en leveraged buyout eller en forringet kreditværdighed i gamle hæderkronede selskaber. -

Værtsobligation, dvs. den underliggende obligation, som en warrant oprindelig blev udstedt i tilknytning til. -
