шифрование WEP
WEP стандарт, используемый для шифрования данных, передаваемых по беспроводным каналам, с целью обеспечения из защиты. На основе протокола WEP создаются защищенные соединения в беспроводных локальных сетях. Стандарт WEP предлагает различные уровни шифрования от 40-разрядного до 128-разрядного, обеспечивающего более высокий уровень защиты данных. Для обеспечения шифрования передаваемых данных поддержка протокола WEP должна быть включена на точке беспроводного доступа и на клиентском сетевом адаптере.
