Если компания, например, имеет 6 вакантных место в Совете директоров, то, согласно устава, акционер, владеющий 100 акциями, может передать по 100 голосов каждому из кандидатов на вакантные места, собрав, таким образом 600 голосов. При кумулятивном голосовании, акционер может голосовать так же, как и при уставном голосовании или передавая 600 голосов одному кандидату, 300 — двум, 200 — трем или по другому.
