компј. РАм меморија (меморија со директен/произволен. пристап). меморија до која централната процесна единица има директен пристап. Се разликува од меморијата само за читање (РОм меморија) по тоа што во неа процесорот може и да запишува и да чита податоци. Од надворешната меморија, пак, се разликува по тоа што податоците до процесорот ги испраќа сто пати побрзо. Види ROM memory, secondary storage, volatile memory.
