1) сущ. трисель, гафельный грот без гика – Косой четырех-угольный парус большого парусного судна. Нижней шкаториной пришнуровывается к гику, верхней — к гафелю, передней — к мачте (или ползунам, скользящим по мачте). Трисель является основным парусом на гафельных шхунах. 2) сущ. парус штормовой, см. также storm main sail - парус небольшой площади на яхте, сшитый из прочной парусины. Ставится вместо грота и не имеет гика по нижней шкаторине. Управляется трисель-шкотами, проведенными на гротагик или на палубу яхты. Наибольшее распространение получили треугольные триселя. Обычно площадь триселя составляет не более 20% нормальной парусности яхты. -
