Dein; auch in Injuriensachen, vom Prätor ernannt). – arbitri (Schiedsrichter, selbst gewählte od. vom Senat etc. ernannte). – *viri ad id missi (übh. zu diesem Geschäfte gesandte Männer). – eine K. von zwei, drei etc. Mitgliedern, duoviri, tresviri etc. – eine K. niedersetzen, recuperatores, arbitros dare: die K. verwerfen, recuperatores reicere: die Untersuchung einer K., iudicium recuperatorium. – Komnissionär, procurator (Agent, Mandatar u. dgl. übh.). – negotiorum curator (Geschäftsbesorger, Geschäftsführer). – K. bei einer Sache, transactor et administer alcis rei. – jmds. K. sein, alcis rationes negotiaque procurare; negotia alcis gerere.
