    V. intrans. P. and V. τήκεσθαι, συντήκεσθαι, Ar. and P. διατήκεσθαι (Xen.).
    met., pine away: Ar. and V. τήκεσθαι, V. ἐκτήκεσθαι. συντήκεσθαι; see Pine.
